If you’ve booked our optional Airport Meet & Greet service in Cairo or Hurghada, an airport representative will be waiting for you inside the terminal, at the immigration hall upon arrival. They’ll assist you through the entry process, help with any questions, and coordinate directly with your driver to ensure a smooth handover once you exit with your luggage.
This is an enhanced service and is different from standard transfer pickup, where your driver or rep meets you outside the arrival hall or at the main airport entrance, depending on the terminal.
We’ll greet you at the arrivals area with a name sign. You’ll also receive WhatsApp confirmation before your flight lands.
